As a PDI student, there are many trainers available who can help you prepare for your Part 3 test. My main concern was finding the right trainer for me.

Ray was recommended to me by another trainer from up north. Before my Part 3 test, I had a few Zoom sessions with him. During these sessions, Ray clearly outlined where I needed to improve and explained how I could get there.

His Zoom sessions were very well structured and he took the time to answer all of my concerns. They gave me clarity and confidence going into the test.

I’m pleased to say that I recently passed my Part 3, and I plan to continue having Zoom sessions with Ray every few months to keep improving my skills as an instructor.

I really enjoyed the day session - the venue was good and I managed to avoid much of the traffic. It was well structured and it was a really nice touch being provided with all the documents, notepads etc (I wasn't expecting that and brought my own). The information was an eye opener and really thought provoking. I jotted so much down. I would definitely be in touch with Mr Seagrave if and when my standards check looms! Fantastic!

I completed this CPD training day and found it to be highly valuable. The entire day was clear, practical, and directly relevant to real lesson scenarios. The coaching framework provided tools I can apply immediately to improve learner engagement and independence. Ray is highly knowledgeable and approachable, creating a supportive learning environment. I would definitely recommend this CPD to other instructors.
