A truly BRILLIANT course that concreted a lot of what I already do but only better. It just all made sense and I finally understood what coaching is. The way Ray put it across just made total sense. Thank you far an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this course to any ADI or PDI.

I attended a training session on 28th of this month regarding "delivering grade A client centred lessons" by Ray Seagrave.
This session was very informative & gave you the opportunity to discuss & share CCL techniques.
Their was a lot of content to understand absorb & apply which hopefully I will aim to implement in my lessons. Thanks Ray for an excellent training session.

I had a great opportunity to listen Mr Ray seagrave in workshop on coaching. Where he threw excellent light on what the coaching is, how to coach, and benefits of coaching in a driving lesson. I’ve studied his books (Driving instructor’s ultimate guide to coaching questions and Driving instructor’s ultimate guide to client centred lessons) no doubt these books are very helpful, attending this workshop has help me to understand all those topics in these books. He explained this difficult topic in a practical and easy way to understand. This workshop has developed my understanding about how to deliver client centred lesson. And how to coach in a lesson.thanks again.

I have asked Ray’s help after i have failed my 1st part 3 attempt with no more than 23 points.
After just a 7h with Ray and practice on my free time i have managed to pass with 36 points and two misses from a “45 or above points” according to the examiner.
Cannot say how much i appreciate Ray’s help and can honestly say that i could not do this without his help.
So nice not having to think anymore about part 3…
Who ever is still waiting for part 3 knows what i am talking about..
